The Mountain Race IV WALTER BENJAMIN LONG 23KM offers runners a very fun and technical race, treading forest tracks and trails through the Natura 2000 Network. Suitable for runners only.

We leave the Rambla, we will pass through the tunnel on the side of the stream towards the marsh, we will go up the forest track on the left to Mas Ametller where connecting with a trail from the Rec to the Coll del Bessó and even more to go down and reach the Coll del Falcó, here will be the first refreshments, we will continue to the left to go up the track that leads to the Coll de les Llaceres, but we will not reach it (we have not been allowed), we will go down the Gran Corriol d’en Bac to the stream. Then we will turn left, taking the path of the stream again to reach our swamp, once we have climbed the stairs, a path will take us to the Way of Walter Benjamin, right at the beginning of this we find the second supply. First the Catalan part to the Coll de Rumpissar and then we continue along the French side of this Camí de Walter Benjamin, we connect with a forest track to the right to the Coll de Cervera, where there will be the third refreshment point and where we turn along a path that runs between the ridges of the mountains to the Castell de Querroig, we descend through the Coll de Querroig, we pass the Pic e l’Àliga, next to a dolmen to the Coll de la Farella, where there will be the fourth refreshment stop, then, we go down the Hort del Músic trail, take another forest trail to the Camí de l’Aigua trail, and return to the Rambla, end of race and last refreshment stop. With a route of 23.18km and a positive gradient of +1334m.
